Our Mission
Crispy Lacrosse Club is committed to deliver a competitive and meaningful lacrosse experience that strengthens each athlete’s skills, sharpens their lacrosse IQ, and builds confidence, character, and alignment with our core values. Our club values serve as the foundation for growth, guiding athletes in the game and in life. We believe success and enjoyment in lacrosse go hand in hand—and that the lessons learned on the field translate directly into everyday life. Our mission is to help athletes unlock their full potential. We know these local players are capable of far more than they realize. At Crispy, lacrosse has helped each of us grow—not just as athletes, but as people—and we strive to give every player that same opportunity through hard work, determination, and self-discipline.

We don’t just run practices—we invest in every athlete, pushing them to rise above average and take full ownership of their development. Our mission is to fuel each player's passion for the game while forging mental toughness, confidence, and elite-level skill. We go far beyond the basics of team training—offering high-level, individualized development that challenges players to outwork, outthink, and outperform. CRISPY LC GOALS
Our main goal is to truly elevate each player's level of play as efficiently as possible, and to enjoy the process. Lacrosse is a beautiful game that we have come to love, and we want to help younger players enjoy their time in developing a passion for the game, that will also help build themselves in other aspects of life.
We believe the power of the "creators game" gives players the opportunity for growth in many aspects. Lacrosse is not the only thing in their lives, but we have seen firsthand how it can build character, teach hard work, create enjoyment, and give players the drive to succeed both on and off the field. Commitment, discipline, hard work, passion, and respect are not only key values for any athlete in the game of lacrosse, but also important values in the game of life.

Small group lessons provide additional individual focus and refinement of each player's skill set

Online calls to help players build each player's lacrosse IQ and prepare themselves for trainings and tournaments

Camps during each lacrosse season allow further growth and focus as a player, from fundamentals to advanced techniques
